Joshua A. Jenkins, Red Shoe Title

Mr. Jenkins is a founding owner of Red Shoe Title, Inc. and partner at Hagan Jenkins Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Jenkins and Ms. Hagan have been practicing law together in Murfreesboro for the past eleven years. His focus on real estate and construction litigation matters gives Mr. Jenkins a unique perspective when analyzing potential title issues and provides him with the knowledge and experience to resolve these issues so that clients of Red Shoe Title, Inc. can close on time and without worry.

Mr. Jenkins is a lifelong resident of Rutherford County and a graduate of Oakland High School and Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. Mr. Jenkins graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law and returned to Rutherford County where he has always maintained his legal practice.

Mr. Jenkins regularly speaks on the topic of construction law for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars and has also been a guest speaker on both the Make A Play Podcast and The Quit Getting Screwed Podcast. Mr. Jenkins and Ms. Hagan also currently serve as adjunct professors at Middle Tennessee State University, teaching Concrete and Construction Law.

Mr. Jenkins currently serves as President of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association and as a member and current Vice-Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Executive Council.
