Christina M. Fojas

Closing Attorney

Christina M. Fojas, Closing Attorney at Red Shoe Title

“As a closing attorney, my focus is always on the shared goal of getting to the closing table, but I never overlook the human connections and impact along the way. Real estate closings aren’t just about properties and paperwork, they’re very much about people. I believe empathy, clarity, and direct communication create the kind of experience others remember for all the right reasons. We sweat the details, so our clients don’t have to, and our team is committed to delivering stellar professional service with a genuine personal touch.”

Christina is a Middle Tennessee transplant from Texas, where she practiced primarily in financial and corporate law, complex real estate transactions, private lending, and retirement accounts. She has a passion for all things real property, unique legal and title challenges, and values the collaborative human experience of every transaction. Underneath a mild demeanor,  Christina is a fierce advocate and problem-solver, bringing over a decade’s worth of nuanced experience and resolution-oriented creativity to the closing table.

A self-professed eternal student, Christina is a longtime ethical vegan, holds two yoga teaching certifications, and regularly practices meditation, yoga and Pilates. She loves reading, nerds out over popular culture from every era, listens to music of every genre (with particular fondness for funk, 90’s Top 40 and hip hop, certain Shoegaze, French House music, American folk, and Yo-Yo Ma), thrifting, and is likely ordering too much Indian or Thai food in one sitting.  Christina, her husband, and her parents live in Nolensville with three dogs (two Texas street dogs and a former test Beagle) and three cats, all rescues.  When she’s not closing your transactions, you might find her reading or writing with a glass of wine, fussing over her plants, or hanging out with her family.
